Becoming a Channel Girl Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner is no stranger to sitting front row at fashion week. Over the years, the reality star has been a staple VIP guest during the shows (along with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan) but that doesn’t mean she’s seen and done it all. In fact, on Tuesday morning, Jenner marked her very first time attending a Chanel couture show in Paris—touching down in the City of Light to take in the French label’s new spring 2025 couture collection. “It was beautiful,” Jenner tells Vogue of the presentation, which also saw stars like Dua Lipa and Jennie turn out for the affair. “My favorite look in the show was this striking red dress. The most perfect shade of red, and just really took my breath away. Gorgeous as always.”

Naturally, Jenner transformed into a total Chanel girl for the occasion. (It is couture week, after all—a statement look is mandatory.) She opted for an ecru, black, blue, and red jacket and skirt in the house’s classic tweed. Jenner modernized the look with a cropped jacket and mini skirt silhouette. “I loved my look so much. I felt beautiful and feminine,” says Jenner. “And my favorite detail was the accessories.” The layered chain belts, slingback heels, and quilted box bag were indeed enviable.

“Chanel has an incredible ability to make you feel timeless yet modern at the same time,” says Jenner, whose Chanel collection is so expansive it even includes athleisure. “Every piece tells a story, and there’s always a balance between elegance and edge that resonates with me. It’s not just about the clothes—it’s the craftsmanship, the legacy, and how they make you feel when you wear them. That’s what keeps me coming back.”

As for the rest of Jenner’s plans during Paris couture week, you can expect her to indulge—in more ways than one. “I always make time for fashion shows, of course, and good food and friends,” she says. Is there a better combination than French food and style? Deux baguettes, s’il-vous-plait!
